Vintage Christmas 23” Lighted Blow Mold TPI Penguin Yard Decoration FC10076

Vintage Christmas 23” TPI lighted Black and White Penguin Blow Mold Yard Decoration. This blow Mold has no cracks or dents and comes with a working light cord. Penguin was made by TPI Plastics in Canada in 1987. It does have some paint wear and looks like he was colored over some of the black. Still looks nice either indoors or outdoors.
