The Industrial Rehabilitation Program at Sport and Spine Rehab starts injured workers in an intense Outpatient Physical Therapy Program to address the injury.  Workers are continually monitored for progress and if necessary, are progressed to our Work Conditioning Program that will begin to incorporate job specific activities into the treatment plan. If it is determined the worker remains unable to safely return to work they will transition into our Work Hardening Program to build job specific endurance and ensure optimal status before returning to work.

Industrial Rehabilitation is a comprehensive approach that is designed to safely return injured workers to an appropriate work setting.  Services are provided by a licensed Physical Therapist who works closely with all involved parties to ensure a smooth transition from our program and back to the worksite.  Our therapists maintain regular contact with the physician, employer, claims manager, and vocational counselor to report client progress.  Services are designed to meet the needs of our clients whether it be an acute injury or long-standing dysfunction.
